Ness and Neil have long thrived on being outdoors, not just for a stolen hour or two, but perennially. Inhabiting the peripheries and delighted with their surroundings, their shared lifestyle is complementary. The beautiful spaces they inhabit benefit the sum of the relationship. Ness and Neil are searching, sure, but they've found 'it' a thousand times over. In endless dawns and dusks and throwing lips, deserted beaches, dream points, new angles on the world achieved by stripping everything back to simple and living in the right now. Whilst they might not be frantically accumulating objects and locking themselves into society's idea of life, I consider them to be amongst the richest people that walk this earth. What is a life well lived? To reach the close of the day knowing you chased what you believed in; that despite the pressure it was beauty and mystery and magic. Ness and Neil create art that is simply an extension of permanently dwelling in this reality.
